The Advanced Analytics & Revenue Strategy Reporting Analyst impacts the future success of Ocean Spray by developing and maintaining reports that address business questions and deliver insights that lead to greater sales and profit. The role requires the ability to work cross functionally with multiple business partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines. The ability to translate multiple complex data sets into clear and concise reporting and dashboards is essential to the role.
They will also assist with the development, integration, and commercialization of learnings across Ocean Spray and functional partners to analyze data, standardize KPIs, develop internal score cards, all while driving best practices.
A Day in the Life...
- Update sales, media, innovation, and buyer behavior reporting.
- Assist with Sales & Trade spend reporting, data queries, pulls and analyses.
- Support the optimization of existing reports inclusive of both front end and back-end improvements as well as support the transition to centralized reporting workspaces.
- Help facilitate data driven decision making by providing insights and trends pertinent to the business.
- Work to understand key business questions and assist in developing report tracking, KPIs and dashboards to help best manage the business.
- The ability to analyze large, complex internal data sources, providing analytic solutions, cross-group guidance, and support training where necessary for interpretation and implementation of results.
- Ability to perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of syndicated (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) and POS data
- Understanding of PowerBI (or other reporting platform) including establishment of data models, applications, reporting, and executive dashboards
- Use tools like SQL, Excel, and visualization software to create reports, conduct ad hoc analyses, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Understanding of key financial metrics and their drivers
- Strong written and oral communication

Annual Salary
$65,700 - $82,100
