A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Partner with Foodservice customers to develop and commercialize new products from concept through launch.
- Support renovation and continuous improvement of existing products to meet business, regulatory, and customer needs.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into product recommendations.
- Lead product trials, plant validations, and commercialization activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time while managing multiple priorities independently.
- Bachelor of Science in Food Science or a related field.
- Internship, co-op, or professional experience in food product development, Foodservice, or a related area preferred.
- Knowledge of food formulation, ingredient functionality, product development, and commercialization principles.
- Understanding of food safety, quality systems, and Food and Drug Administration regulations.
- Strong organization, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for food, culinary innovation, and solving customer challenges.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Travel up to 20% to manufacturing sites in the Conagra network as needed.

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
