A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Human Resources reports, dashboards, analytics products, and self-service solutions that are actionable, visually effective, and appropriate for multiple audience levels.
- Evaluate, design, and implement new Human Resources data capabilities, including advanced data processing, workflow automation, artificial intelligence-assisted reporting, and intelligent data interaction solutions.
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines, automated workflows, and integration patterns that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and expand capacity for higher-value analytics.
- Strengthen data governance by defining standards, identifying data quality gaps, recommending remediation strategies, and supporting processes that protect data integrity over time.
- Introduce and operationalize new data sources, including Prism Analytics and multi-source Human Resources data, to broaden analytical capabilities and enable richer workforce insights.
- Provide senior-level support for complex or escalated report errors, Prism integration issues, data discrepancies, and cross-system reporting challenges requiring deeper investigation.
- Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor for analyst-level team members by providing guidance on root cause analysis, configuration, solution design, and technical capability development.
- Partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, integration, automation, finance, vendor, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs, communicate project status and risks, and support sustainable delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources data, Human Resources information systems, people analytics, or a related function designing, building, and supporting Human Resources reporting, analytics, data workflows, or technology-enabled data solutions.
- Advanced Workday Reporting experience, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Prism Analytics, Studio, and Discovery Boards.
- Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling, Data Analysis Expressions, and visualization design for operational and executive audiences.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar tools used for automation, advanced data processing, pipeline construction, or lakehouse architecture.
- Working knowledge of artificial intelligence-assisted workflows, conversational analytics, data governance frameworks, data lineage, and Human Resources data quality practices.
- Demonstrated success translating ambiguous business needs into structured analytical solutions, influencing without authority, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving solutions from concept through implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts in clear, business-relevant language.
Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
