Job Description

Robbie AI seeks an adept and motivated Implementation Specialist to join our team. The chosen candidate will assume a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the seamless deployment and configuration of advanced video cameras and networking solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our clients directly. Building strong rapport and ensuring clear communication will be essential, particularly when interacting with diverse customers across the United States.
• Technical Proficiency: Your familiarity with video cameras, networking concepts, and routers will be put to good use. You'll be responsible for contributing to the deployment, installation, and configuration of software systems.
• Hardware and Software Setup: Your ability to configure hardware using a computer and web browser will be a cornerstone of the role. Ensuring that our systems run smoothly will be a primary responsibility.
• Guidance and Support: Drawing on your organizational skills, you'll provide step-by-step guidance to our installation teams. Your experience in leading such implementations will be vital in achieving successful outcomes.
• Travel Requirement: The position entails travel, including within urban areas, across states, and potentially nationally. Your physical presence on-site will be pivotal in overseeing the seamless execution and ongoing maintenance of our solutions.
• Process Enhancement: Utilize your analytical skills to refine our implementation procedures for increased efficiency. Your insights will contribute to the continuous improvement of our workflows.
• Technical Support: It will be a definite advantage if you have prior experience dealing with IT-related challenges. Your hardware and software deployment familiarity will be an asset in this role.
• Collaboration with Third Parties: Your ability to effectively coordinate with third-party providers on time-sensitive projects, such as installations and maintenance, will contribute to the overall success of our endeavors.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A bachelor's degree is not required but is preferred.
• An understanding of Information Technology is favored.
