About the RoleWe’re seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) B2B Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Miami. This is a field-based sales role where you’ll engage directly with decision-makers, introduce automation solutions, and help clients experience how our robots can solve real business challenges, all while driving revenue and innovation in South Florida.
You’ll also have the support of a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will help you with cold calling, emailing, and follow-up to set up in-person demos and appointments, so you can focus on relationship building, demos, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, engage, and close new B2B opportunities across multiple industries (hotels, assisted living, hospitals, warehouses, restaurants, schools, and more).
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations using company equipment and vehicles (with technician support).
- Follow up with prospects consistently to drive conversions and pipeline growth.
- Partner with your dedicated SDR to coordinate demo schedules, lead qualification, and follow-ups.
- Attend trade shows, local events, and Chamber of Commerce meetings to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Host or co-host local demo events to showcase our robotics solutions.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and deals through our CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years), ideally in tech, automation, SaaS, industrial equipment, or high-ticket sales.
- Hunter mindset. Comfortable networking, and door-to-door prospecting and cold calling when needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required). Strong communication and presentation skills in both languages.
- Local candidate: Must live within 20-25 miles of zip code 33170 (Miami-Dade County).
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and present complex solutions in simple terms.
- Goal-driven, reliable, and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dialpad) is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compensation Package: Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses
- Base Salary: $60,000 annually (W-2 position).
- Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses (high performers can realistically earn $125,000+ in their first year).
- Dedicated SDR support to help generate and qualify leads.
