Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare outgoing shipments including packaging, labeling, and scheduling carrier pickups.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments using the company's inventory and logistics systems.
  • Coordinate with the Repair, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of robots, parts, and equipment.
  • Communicate with vendors and carriers to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and confirm ETAs.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse and receiving area — ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and inventory accuracy.
  • Process returns and exchanges, coordinating with the appropriate teams for disposition.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits as needed.
  • Generate shipping and receiving reports for internal review.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols in the handling of equipment and materials.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or a related logistics role.
  • Proficiency with shipping software, inventory systems, or warehouse management tools (experience with FedEx, UPS, or freight portals a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with technology — we work with robots every day.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and comfort working in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficient in managing both domestic and international shipments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
