Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to help drive growth across our B2B marketing and franchise development efforts. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to build and execute smart, results-driven campaigns while also thinking strategically about pipeline growth, brand positioning, and audience engagement.

This person will sit at the intersection of demand generation, franchise recruitment, content, sales enablement, and AI-powered marketing innovation. We want someone who is curious, proactive, and excited to experiment with new tools, especially AI, to make campaigns faster, smarter, and more effective.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support B2B lead generation and franchise development goals.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across email, paid media, organic social, content, events, webinars, partnerships, and outbound support.
  • Partner closely with leadership, sales, and franchise development teams to create campaigns that generate qualified leads and move prospects through the funnel.
  • Build compelling messaging tailored to business decision-makers, franchise prospects, and strategic partners.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, performance goals, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate the creation of campaign assets including landing pages, email sequences, ad copy, sales collateral, and promotional content.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure initiatives launch on time and with excellence.
  • Use audience insights, CRM data, and market trends to improve targeting and performance.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and continuously test new approaches to drive better results.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, research, content ideation, segmentation, reporting, and optimization.

  • Help identify repeatable workflows where AI can create leverage for the marketing team.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and trends that can strengthen B2B and franchise marketing.
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to how AI can improve both efficiency and impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong experience building campaigns for B2B audiences; franchise development or multi-location growth experience is a major plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong copy and messaging instincts with the ability to translate strategy into compelling campaigns.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, designers, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and making optimization decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot marketing automation platforms.
  • Natural bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong curiosity about AI, emerging marketing technology, and how to apply both in practical ways.
  • Entrepreneurial energy and willingness to test, learn, and build.
