Logistics Coordinator
RobotLAB
Administration, Operations
Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, TX, USA
RobotLAB owns the last mile of robotics and AI, by helping business owners automate tasks that people don’t want to do anymore. Spanning 36 locations nationwide, we service a range of prominent brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Disney, and Kura Sushi, as well as smaller locations such as restaurants, assisted living facilities, supermarkets, warehouses, and even nuclear power stations.
The Logistics Coordinator at RobotLAB is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient movement of robotic equipment, parts, and materials across our supply chain — from inbound receiving to outbound shipment and everything in between. This is not a traditional logistics role. We are actively integrating AI tools into our operations, and we are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited to use technology to work smarter, not just harder.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping and Receiving
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of robots, parts, and equipment via FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers.
- Receive, inspect, and document all inbound inventory — logging discrepancies immediately and following up with vendors.
- Prepare outbound shipments including packing, labeling, palletizing, and generating shipping documentation.
- Track in-transit shipments and proactively communicate status updates to internal teams and customers.
Inventory and Warehouse Operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Salesforce — updating asset locations, quantities, and condition in real time.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and operationally efficient at all times.
- Support the quality control checklist process to ensure every robot leaving the warehouse meets RobotLAB standards.
AI-Powered Operations
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive logistics tasks such as shipment tracking updates, vendor follow-ups, and inventory alerts.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through workflow automation and share recommendations with the Director of Operations.
- Leverage AI-generated reports and dashboards to monitor fulfillment performance, flag delays, and surface trends.
- Stay current on emerging AI and logistics tools — RobotLAB invests in technology and expects this role to grow with it.
Vendor and Cross-Team Coordination
- Communicate with vendors, freight carriers, and third-party logistics partners to resolve issues and confirm delivery timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to align shipment schedules with customer commitments.
- Support order activation and fulfillment workflows in Salesforce, ensuring orders move through the pipeline without delays.

- Comfort with technology and a genuine interest in using AI tools to improve workflows.
