Rubato offers AI-powered music therapy, biometrically personalized, for seniors suffering from Dementia and other behavioral disturbances.

We are currently looking for a part-time Product Specialist to become a part of our team. Our ideal candidate should be a music aficionado, as well as strong technical skills that will enable him or her to set up the product and guide therapists at Skilled Nursing Facilities in the use of Rubato's products and its supported clinical disciplines. The Product Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing innovative projects on customers' premises, that integrate music and technology, and support Rubato's mission of using music as a form of medicine.

Responsibilities

- Set up and configure hardware and software.

- Guide therapy teams and Directors of rehabilitation on-site, on the technology.

- Monitor the programs from a technical perspective, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

- Manage scheduling and communication with clients.

- Provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in technology and digital platforms (Android).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Passion for helping others and promoting health through music.

- Experience in music therapy, psychology, counseling, or a related field is a plus.
