A Techstars portfolio company, Rwazi is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup that just raised a seed round. With an existing customer base that already includes global Fortune 500 companies and leading consulting firms. By providing access to accurate on-the-ground data, Rwazi hopes to enable consumers, employees, and corporations around the world to reach their full potential.
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to continuously map the market landscape and trends to better assist the company to generate more revenue. You will gather data from a variety of sources including public information available online, industry and field reports, or purchased sources, to identify market trends and patterns for the company to exploit. Our goal is to track our target customer activities to increase our sales efficiency and deliver the best value to our customers. You will ultimately be responsible for driving impact for our business development, sales, and marketing teams by leading real-time context updates on shifts in the market and at target corporations.
What you'll do
- Gather business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
- Assess market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
- Use business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current andpotential customers.
- Identify markets for future product development and methods to improve sales ofexisting products by analyzing technology trends.
- Compile business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry and business trends throughcommunication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
- Summarize customer presentations and market reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to search, collect, and compile relevant data from online sources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to use work management tools such as Airtable, Notion, Asana, etc.
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Proficient in generating presentations and reports.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven businessintelligence tools.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
