Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, etc.).
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and sales teams to create targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize campaigns for lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion across various platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to nurture leads and manage the customer lifecycle.
- Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaign assets, such as emails, landing pages, and ads, to improve conversion rates.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and demand generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social campaigns is a plus.
- Must have experience in B2B or E-commerce space.
