- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business growth. \n
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients. \n
Client Acquisition and Product Demo:

- Present and demonstrate Salad Africa's financial solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition. \n
Business Development and Expansion:

- Continuously identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth. \n
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Salad Africa and establish connections within the financial and HR sectors. \n
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. \n
- Proven business development or sales track record, preferably in the financial or technology industry. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. \n
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. \n
