- Create and drive the global/national marketing strategy and playbook. \n
- Own and deliver our Marketing roadmap. \n
- Craft our brand voice to ensure we communicate effectively with our customers and partners. \n
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas \n
- Be at the forefront of our customer acquisition model, obsessed with all things growth marketing. \n
- Working with the senior management team on positioning Salad and our offerings and delivering content to enable sales. \n
- Liaise with HR to create a compelling employer brand, as a great place to work \n
- Manage our agency usage and partnership engagements. \n
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals and KPIs. \n
- Continuous market analysis to understand our position in an ever-changing environment. \n
- Drive the digital marketing capability (website, SEO, social media channels) \n
- Lead the messaging, positioning, content creation, solutions marketing, and delivery of marketing experiences that engage the target customer base \n
- Find opportunities to to rapidly grow customer acquisition \n
- Strategise with Commercial how to optimize pricing tiers for growth \n
- Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 3+ years of experience in a Growth & Marketing role \n
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field \n
- Good product marketing knowledge \n
- Good project management skills \n
- Solid samples of past campaigns and initiatives \n
- Content and copy writing experience \n
- Knowledge of web analytic tools HTML, Photoshop, MailChimp is a must have \n
- Experience working in the fintech space is an added advantage \n
