\n- Identify and target potential clients, including employers and organizations, who can benefit from our salary advance solutions.
\n- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business growth.
\n- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
\n

Client Acquisition and Product Demo::
\n
\n- Present and demonstrate Salad Africa's financial solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition.
\n
\n
Business Development and Expansion:
\n
\n- Continuously identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
\n- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Salad Africa and establish connections within the financial and HR sectors.
\n
\n
Reporting and Analysis:
\n
\n- Track and report on sales activities, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
\n- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and inform business strategy
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
\n- At least 4 years of experience in a growth role with B2B Fintech experience
\n- Proven business development or sales track record, preferably in the financial or technology industry.
\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
\n- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
