The Role:

We are looking for a talented Director of Marketing to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, successfully commercializing our zinc-ion technology including activities such as:

  • Building resilient and efficient go-to-market strategies and systems for new products, features and services; including launch planning and timelines, communications, training, deliverables, and reporting
  • Development of value-based product positioning and pricing.
  • Delivering sales opportunities and qualified pipeline contributions through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods.
  • Oversee ongoing competitive intelligence initiatives and market analysis to identify opportunities to differentiate the Salient brand.
  • Increase total addressable market and market share for Salient offerings, and drive informed prioritization and trade-off of roadmap features.

You Are:

  • Equipped with 7+ years of experience in the stationary energy market or related industry.
  • A university graduate with education in marking, communications, economics, sales, or related field.
  • Experienced with leading a marketing function with business-to-business sales and have been part of a solid growth story.
  • Well versed in your understanding of the stationary energy storage market and products.
  • Able to think creatively and communicate with excellence.
  • Energized by identifying emerging trends and challenges and developing strategies to differentiate and compete in the global stationary energy market.
