Since 2011, we’ve helped over 200 primary and secondary schools generate sustainable income through community lettings. By transforming underutilised facilities into thriving community hubs, we connect schools with the people around them—unlocking their full potential. So far, we’ve reinvested over £8 million back into education and enabled more than 1,000 diverse community groups to access School Spaces for sports, skill development, wellness, and social activities each year. By doing so, we strengthen local connections and create opportunities for all. Our mission is to place thriving schools at the heart of thriving communities. We help schools maximise lettings income while achieving the highest space utilisation of spaces in the market. Through our bespoke booking platform, proactive sales and marketing, and unrivalled customer service, we take care of it all, making the process completely hassle-free for schools. With the additional revenue generated through hiring out facilities, we've seen schools able to build new facilities like outdoor MUGAs and Sixth-Form blocks, provide hardship funds and free breakfast provision for students, employ additional teaching and support staff, and invest in new equipment, resources, and building refurbishments. Based in Hoxton, London, we’re at the heart of the action—supporting schools across the South of England and continuously expanding North.
