This part-time role focuses on warehouse management, packaging, shipping, low-dollar purchasing, and inventory management. You’ll be essential in ensuring smooth operations, timely shipments, and efficient organization of the warehouse.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Purchasing & Logistics Associate to support our Supply Chain Team. This part-time role focuses on warehouse management, packaging, shipping, low-dollar purchasing, and inventory management. You’ll be essential in ensuring smooth operations, timely shipments, and efficient organization of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspecting deliveries for accuracy, and organizing items.
- Perform regular inventory checks to keep stock levels up-to-date and assist with stock replenishment.
- Prepare items for shipment according to packing and shipping guidelines.
- Document and label product revision and serial numbers before shipping
- Schedule pickups and coordinate with shipping providers to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist Supply Chain Lead with tracking shipments and resolve any issues that may arise in the shipping process.
- Support low-dollar purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering supplies and materials.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Lead to ensure all purchasing and shipping activities stay within budget and align with company standards and requirements.
- Assist with documenting and updating inventory records in the system.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or purchasing roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes as needed.
- Proficient in using computers.
Job Details:
- Part-Time (10-15 hours/week)
- 2-3 days per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Location: Onsite
- Job Type: Non-Exempt
- Reports To: Supply Chain Lead
