We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Technician to support our Operations Team. This full-time role focuses on technical support for our test vessels & marine systems, warehouse management, shipping, inventory control. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient operations, timely shipments, and assisting with installation, configuration, and maintenance of marine electronics and vessel systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support installation and configuration of marine electronics as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and support resolution of mechanical, electrical, and networking issues.
  • Perform modifications, maintenance, and minor wiring on Sea Machines test vessels and related systems.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean shop and warehouse environment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all activities at the warehouse location, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect deliveries for accurate, and organize items appropriately.
  • Perform regular inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment, and manage field tools and consumable materials.
  • Prepare items for shipment according to packing and shipping guidelines.
  • Configure and program systems as needed prior to packaging products for shipment.
  • Document and label product revision and serial numbers before shipping.
  • Assist with documenting and updating inventory records for both production and field material.
  • Potential short term domestic travel assignments.
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring, connectors, and cable routing is preferred.
  • Experience in working in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environments.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks on docks and boats.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficient in using computers and inventory management systems.
  • Experience in marine electronics, industrial automation, or related industries is a plus.
