Our mission is to equip clients with the knowledge necessary to make well-informed decisions in raw material and commodities procurement during cereals processing, optimizing flour production at the highest rate and quality.
The Role
Seedsight is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is as comfortable with deep-tech as they are with high-stakes commercial negotiations. This is a pivotal role designed for a "full-stack" marketer who understands that our product is not just a sensor, but a comprehensive Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution.
You will own the bridge between our technical innovation and market adoption. Your mission is to define what Seedsight is to the world, generate high-quality demand, and lead the journey from initial lead to paid pilot to enterprise contract.

Key Responsibilities

Product-Market Strategy (the PaaS Bridge)
  • Define the Value-Engine: Own the Seedsight product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive the highest Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and market differentiation.
  • PaaS Model Excellence: Design and refine the end-to-end PaaS experience, ensuring the integration of hardware (sensors) and software (AI analytics) is seamless, scalable, and sold as a high-margin recurring service.
  • Technical Storytelling: Convert complex photonics and data concepts into clear, ROI-driven value propositions that resonate with both technical buyers and commercial executives.
  • Product-Led Growth: Validate new product verticals through pilot projects, ensuring that every feature developed solves a "pain point"; worth paying for.
Strategic Market Development & Sales Growth
  • Paid Pilot Management: Design, sell, and oversee Paid Pilot programs. You will define the success metrics for these pilots to ensure they convert into full-scale commercial deployments.
  • Commercial Design: Test current go-to-market (GTM) strategies and validate alternative ones, including value-based pricing models that align Seedsight’s revenue with the success of our clients.
  • Revenue Enablement: Test current "commercial toolkit” product memos, sales playbooks, and one-pagers, create and test alternative ones.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and engage key stakeholders, distributors, and research partners to expand Seedsight’s footprint in the global agri-food ecosystem.
Strategic Finance & Investor Readiness
  • Scaling Roadmap: Work with the founding team to align the product roadmap with financial goals, helping to build the narrative for fundraising through data-backed revenue projections.
  • Unit Economics: Track and optimize the performance of the PaaS model (churn, acquisition costs, and adoption rates) to demonstrate business scalability to shareholders.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or product commercialization, ideally in agri-food, SaaS, or deep tech environments.
  • Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing B2B product lifecycles - from go-to-market through adoption and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of bridging technical and commercial worlds.
