We are hiring a Business Development Associate to own growth in Thailand. This is a commercially focused role with revenue and partner acquisition targets. You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, negotiating and closing high-quality experience partners across Thailand — and ensuring they convert into revenue-generating listings on our platform.

You must be based in Bangkok and have work authorization in Thailand.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Business Development Associate in Thailand, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by:
- Identifying new experiences in Thailand – especially ones that are cool, local-led, and not already on big travel platforms.
- Assessing experiences for commercial viability: market demand, pricing, and scalability
- Owning the full sales cycle from sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation to onboarding
- Negotiating commission structures and terms confidently
- Working to onboard partners to launch compelling, conversion-ready listings
- Hitting monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
- Monitoring partner performance and drive revenue improvements
- Maintaining strong professional relationships while holding performance standards
- Traveling to meet new and existing partners as well as vetting their experiences for quality
Who We’re Looking For
- You have 2–5 years in business development, sales, partnerships or growth roles, with track record of closing deals or hitting measurable targets
- You are comfortable negotiating pricing and commercial terms & understands numbers and basic unit economics
- Execution oriented: you move quickly and follows through, with high sense of urgency
- Strong Judgement & taste: You can identify experiences with strong demand potential & understands what modern travellers value
- People person: You’re warm, curious, and great at building trust and relationships.
- Purpose-driven: You want your work to mean something and help others succeed.
- Ready to travel: You are able to travel independently for up to several weeks at a time.
- Language abilities: You are fluent in Thai and have professional proficiency in English.
- Location: You are based in Bangkok and have legal authorisation to work in Thailand.
- Good to have: travel experience within Thailand and abroad.
