If you're looking for an operational role where your work genuinely shapes how an ambitious technology company scales, this is a rare opportunity.

sees.ai is bringing its revolutionary autonomous drone platform into real-world deployment, and this is your chance to be part of one of the UK’s most exciting companies as we move from innovation into impact.

About the role

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of business, people, and office operations. You’ll work closely across all areas of the business, in a varied, fast-paced environment bringing your project-management, organisational and administrative skills to help shape and support future growth.

How the business works

The business is already operating effectively and delivering to customers, but our continued success depends on practical judgement, momentum, and continuous improvement as we scale operations.

sees.ai operates in a highly regulated aviation environment while maintaining the pace and ambition of a scaling startup. This role is about navigating that balance well — putting structure in place quickly where it adds value, improving it over time, and keeping the focus on delivery.

This role requires a highly organised “people person”, comfortable working across functions and supporting where needed in a varied, fast-moving environment, improving how things work as the business grows.

What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll be supporting the operational backbone of the business, ensuring key activities are well supported so they run efficiently, remain visible, and are continuously improving. This includes:

  • Providing operational and administrative support across the business to drive projects forward, working across multiple functions including (but not limited to) recruitment, training, flight operations, finance and HR
  • Using systems, tools, and technology to track work, improve visibility, and help to strengthen key operational and people processes
  • Supporting HR, Finance and Business Operational processes to ensure the smooth running of the office and team
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact and executor for everyday office matters, resolving issues pragmatically and keeping things moving – the “right hand” to the Business Operations Manager and often working directly with the VP Finance and Founders
  • Coordinating and actioning tasks across teams and leaders so priorities progress and nothing important is left unfinished
What We're Looking For
  • A real passion for execution and learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Either proven experience in an operations or business / office administration role, or from a strong STEM graduate background with appetite to learn
  • Ideally, you will have some HR experience in hiring, onboarding and offboarding, or a keen interest in developing these skills
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working with autonomy and applying sound judgement in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools — and quick to pick up new systems
  • A clear, confident communicator — written and verbal
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive or confidential information
Growth opportunity

As the company scales, the scope and impact of this role can grow significantly. That growth could lead toward people / HR or broader operational opportunities, depending on business needs, where you make the greatest contribution and what gives you energy!

Progress comes from trust, judgement, and delivery — not titles.
  • As well as a generous stock options package, our employees enjoy the following benefits: -
  • Regular socials
  • Well-stocked snacks and drinks fridge / good coffee machine
  • Beautiful office in a converted school
  • Cafe on site
  • Nursery on site
  • Table tennis, gym, pool, tennis courts, pilates studio on site
  • Free parking

What success looks like

  • After 12 months in the role:
  • The business feels organised, supported, and easier to run as it scales
  • Leaders spend far less time on operational and people administration
  • People processes are clear, fair, compliant, and proportionate
  • Systems and ways of working support growth rather than slow it down
  • Your work has had a visible impact on how the company operates
Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
