Sendbird is looking to hire a Business Operations Associate. As a Business Operations Associate, you will be at the forefront of implementing Sendbird’s global strategy in the APAC region. Our Business Operations Associate will have high impact and high visibility as we continue to build the best in-app customer conversation platform in the world. You will be side-by-side with many of our business leaders in analyzing the market and helping with or owning strategy development.

This position reports to Sendbird’s Senior Manager, Business Strategy and Operations, and works closely on a day-to-day basis with the General Manager, APAC, identifying new growth opportunities to further advance Sendbird’s go-to-market objectives and spearhead high-priority strategic initiatives that require collaboration across multiple teams. This position serves as an internal consultant - aligning and supporting various departments in APAC, driving visibility and guiding them towards efficiency.

This position will work closely with our US partners and requires an ability to communicate in English.

What You Will Do:

• Strategy and Execution
• Conducting research to guide the development and execution of localized Sales and Marketing strategies for the APAC region
• Project managing to take a new campaign or initiative from concept to implementation
• New Business Development
• Ongoing research of market trends in the APAC region, including but not limited to government programs and policies, compliance, and regulatory risks
• Partner with GTM and Operations teams to explore new channels and delivery models
• Operations and Analysis
• Partner with global Operations teams to deliver operational excellence across Marketing and Sales performance
• Communicate and present key metrics and business insights, plans, and results to Sendbird’s GTM leadership team.

Who You Are:

• Natural leader with strong business acumen. Management consulting, startup, or investment banking experiences in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is highly preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience as an Analyst/Contract Analyst
• Able to lead teams, build relationships, and drive results
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute a clear vision
• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and conduct analysis to support decision-making.
• Proven experience in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of finance, operations, and budgeting.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and to adapt to new situations and challenges.
• Proficient in English and Korean, additional Asian language skills such as Japanese or Bahasa will be a bonus
