Sendbird is looking for a Content Specialist to join Marketing at Sendbird. The Content Specialist will sit within the content team but will partner with teams across Sendbird to support the execution of our company content strategies.

What you will do:

  • You’ll partner with teams across the business to produce exceptional content for Sendbird.com and ensure effective distribution to our target audiences.
  • You’ll play a crucial role in maximizing the reach of our content. You’ll publish content in our CMS and optimize the use of our company's social channels, but beyond that, you will be tasked with pioneering new content platforms and distribution methods to amplify our reach.
  • You’ll program manage content initiatives from idea through to publication. This could include blog posts, whitepapers, videos, case studies, interactive experiences, infographics, tutorials and more.
  • You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and other content creators to envision and build new content formats.
  • You should be comfortable with synthesizing data to inform content strategy and report on how content is performing.
  • hile there’ll be times when you’ll pitch in on content creation, this is not primarily a creative role focused on writing or creating new content. You’ll be a production and operations specialist, partnering with teams across the business as well as writers, designers, and other creatives to deliver major content initiatives.

Who you are:

  • Organized, systematic thinker -- this role requires the ability to manage complex content projects and effectively use workflow management software.
  • Proven ability to partner with teams like product marketing, demand generation, and design to produce compelling content that supports marketing objectives.
  • Data-informed and creative, you thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, with sound editorial instincts
  • A strong inclination towards exploring and executing a diverse range of content forms or assets, with a keen interest in evolving content trends and technologies.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing with a focus on AI technologies
  • Experience with using content management systems to publish content.
  • A deep understanding of SEO principles and their application in content writing, ensuring that all content is optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.

Flexible Work Policy

We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees within an hour's commute range of their local office to gather with their team in the office twice per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule. Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
