We are looking for a dynamic Manager, IT Operations to lead and manage a team of IT Specialists in South Korea and the US. This role will need to be on-site in our office most days to ensure the IT needs of the organization are taken care of. Reporting to the Head of IT and Security, you will act as a player-coach, meaning you will need to step in and help in a hands-on way, along with the managerial responsibilities. As this role serves the IT needs of the global organization, it is imperative that you have business proficiency in both written and spoken English.

What you will do:

  • Manage a team of three IT specialists in two globally distributed offices
  • Provide on-site and remote support for IT systems and software to employees
  • Oversee implementation and integration of new technologies (networking, Identity etc.)
  • Align IT solutions with department needs and strategic goals through cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as a super-user for the existing IT tech stack and enhance the user experience and security

  • Available to occasionally oversee vendor projects that occur in the early morning and weekends

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 4 years of related technical experience and 2 years of management experience
  • Experience building and running a modern IT stack - Okta, JAMF,GSuite, Cisco Meraki,macOS & iOS ecosystem, zoom etc.
  • Experience building and growing teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
