How Can you Help?

As a Designer, you'll part of the Marketing team playing a pivotal role, dynamically shaping a vibrant and distinctive brand identity. Your responsibilities go beyond conventional design tasks – you'll be a creative architect, actively fostering market awareness and ensuring the company gains recognition for its triumphs.
Your mission will also involve crafting disruptive visuals and spearheading guerrilla campaigns to position Sensei as the pioneer in the retail landscape.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Closely collaborate with the marketing team, to create brand assets for Sensei and develop the brand identity;
• Create disruptive materials for an impactful digital presence
• Play a pivotal role beyond brand assets, supporting the business team with presentations, assisting the HR team with communications, and addressing client and event-related requirements;
• Event participation, and a sustained digital presence, and play a crucial role in supporting the team to meet diverse needs and seize opportunities.

🎯To thrive in this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree or technical training in Design, Multimedia, Product Design, or related fields
• 3 to 6 years of experience in creative agencies, brand departments, or design ateliers
• Innovative and creative mindset
• Passion for designing and creating new concepts
• Strong interest in staying updated on design trends and advancements
• Ability to bring fresh and unique perspectives to projects
• Work well on a team, building strong relationships with cross-functional partners
• Exceptional initiative, attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Proficient in English

• Nice to have
• Proficiency in 3D design, including the creation of computer-generated models using specialized software like AutoCAD
• Experience in developing concepts and drawings for interior design projects, especially in retail spaces

• Technical Tools
• Proficient in working with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Google Slides, After Effects
