The Role

As our Lead Product Manager/Head of Product, you will shape the future of retail technology by driving the strategic direction and execution of Sensei's digital solutions. You'll lead a cross-functional team in developing AI-powered products that transform the retail experience, working directly with senior leadership to define and execute our product vision.

Your Team

You'll join the Digital Product Team within the Retailer Platform Cluster.The team currently has 8 team members, led by you: a Senior Product Designer, 5 Software engineers (Senior in Front end and Back end) and a Data Engineer.

Your team drives company growth through innovative digital products while collaborating with Store Platform and Engineering Platform clusters to execute product roadmaps. You'll work closely with Operations and Growth teams to successfully launch and scale new offerings.

Your Role

- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities

- Lead product discovery, definition, and delivery processes using data-driven decision making

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, internal teams, and technology partners

- Mentor and develop product team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment

- Drive end-to-end product development from conception to launch

- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions

- Own product performance metrics and implement improvements based on customer feedback

- Partner with Operations and Growth teams to ensure successful product adoption

Your profile

- 7+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years leading product teams

- Proven track record launching and scaling B2B products

- Strong experience with AI/ML products and retail technology preferred

- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership

- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics tools to drive strategic product decisions (SQL expertise welcome but not mandatory

- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution abilities

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
