About Your Team As a Deployment Project Manager, you’ll be part of our Deployment Team—the driving force turning client demands into real, autonomous stores. This team ensures every store deployment meets the highest standards of quality, scalability, and efficiency. Positioned at the core of Sensei’s operations, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, and Product) as well as external partners to bring projects from design to go-live. Your work will be critical in aligning technical solutions with real-world execution, making autonomy a reality for our clients.
How Can You Help? As Deployment Project Manager, you will support the implementation of our systems on the field. You will be at the center of Product and Operations. You will help design and improve the implementation process of our hardware with a focus on quality, efficiency and cost. You will also help grow our partner network in the field, finding and onboarding new partners and supporting current ones.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Brainstorm and implement product improvements. Document and regularly update best practices for field operations.
- Ownership of expectations; working with account management so that we under-promise and over-deliver.
- Sourcing and Budget Optimization: Negotiate prices and manage delivery timelines.
- On-Site Management: Supervise third-party contractors and vendors during implementation; ensure compliance with project specs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Partner Procurement: Build and lead a team of field logistics and installation professionals. Find, retain and manage top-grade contractors/suppliers across the geographies we operate.
