About Sensei: Sensei is transforming retail through AI-powered autonomous store technology. Our platform enables retailers to operate smarter, more efficient, and data-rich stores—improving both customer experience and operational performance.

About Your Team: Sensei’s dynamic Marketing Team is a highly creative and data-driven group that brings our brand, products, and technology to life. We combine storytelling, strategy, and automation to showcase Sensei’s innovation in retail tech. The team’s mission is to make marketing smarter, faster, and more impactful—building scalable systems and processes that connect creativity with performance. Working closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Operations, we foster a collaborative environment where creativity meets analytics, and every campaign is designed to deliver measurable business value. From AI-powered content creation to multichannel activation, the Marketing Team drives awareness, engagement, and growth across all touchpoints.

How Can You Help? We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who combines analytical rigor with operational excellence—someone who can make marketing smarter, more measurable, and more effective. You’ll be part of a highly creative marketing team, collaborating closely with designers, storytellers, and content creators—but you’ll also bring the structure, data, and practicality that keep everything on track.

This is a hands-on, mid-level Marketing Operations Manager role working closely with Sensei’s Head of Marketing. You will help turn strategy into action across three main areas: key marketing projects, content, campaigns and digital execution, and analytics and automation.

You will own the marketing machine: keeping campaigns, content calendars, processes, tools and tracking running smoothly and consistently. You will own the creation and delivery of marketing copy across key channels and support paid campaign optimisation, working within the strategic and creative direction set by the Head of Marketing.

This role is ideal for someone highly practical, structured and data-driven, who enjoys making things happen, improving how we work, and seeing impact from plan to result.

Daily at Sensei, you will:

Key projects

  • Support the Head of Marketing in planning and delivering in-person and virtual events.
  • Manage the awards pipeline: research opportunities, gather inputs, prepare submissions and track deadlines.
  • Help run Sensei’s influencer program, including outreach, content coordination, communication and activity tracking.
  • Coordinate the development of customer case studies by liaising with clients, internal teams, reviewers and design.
  • Prepare briefs, collect assets and keep all materials for events, awards, influencers and case studies organised and up to date.

Content, Campaigns & Digital Execution

  • Own the creation and delivery of marketing copy across key channels (e.g. LinkedIn, website, newsletters, sales collateral, basic video scripts), working within Sensei’s existing brand and messaging direction.
  • Coordinate the content and campaign calendar, ensuring priorities, owners and deadlines are clear and aligned with wider marketing and key project plans.
  • Publish and schedule content (especially LinkedIn), working with cross functional teams to secure the right assets on time.
  • Support the setup, monitoring and optimisation of paid campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, search or display): audiences, creatives, budgets, tracking and reporting, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and external partners if applicable.
  • Use analytics and AI tools to support topic ideation, testing (e.g. A/B tests, formats, timing, audiences) and ongoing content and campaign optimisation.
  • Support digital activities such as boosted posts, SEO hygiene, landing page updates and analytics tracking.

Automation & Analytics

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate strategy into clear execution plans, workflows, timelines and checklists.
  • Build, improve and document core marketing processes, templates, campaign playbooks and reporting routines so work is consistent and scalable.
  • Set up and optimise marketing automation across CRM, content platforms, analytics and AI tools.
  • Ensure accurate data flow, tagging and tracking across tools to enable reliable, actionable reporting.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and simple reports to monitor content performance, audience engagement, campaign results and pipeline influence.

You Will Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing roles with strong exposure to B2B or SaaS; retail / retail-tech / ecommerce experience is a plus.
  • Execution-focused: You’re a doer. You like plans, checklists and ownership, and you’re comfortable running things end-to-end (from idea to shipped post/report/event/campaign).
  • Creative but grounded: You’re happy to contribute ideas and shape content, but your main strength is turning an existing brand, positioning and narrative into consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Strong writer & finisher: Solid English copywriting skills for LinkedIn posts, emails, landing pages and basic scripts—and you’re rigorous about versioning, approvals and on-time delivery.
  • Data-driven and structured: Comfortable working with dashboards, building simple reports, running small experiments (A/B tests, timing, formats, audiences) and using results to decide what to do next.
  • Tools & systems fluent: Experience with CRM/marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar), website/CMS, social scheduling tools, analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics or equivalent) and basic campaign managers (e.g. LinkedIn Ads).
  • AI-enabled: Regularly use AI tools to speed up content drafting, research, analysis and workflow automation, and you’re curious about testing new ones.
  • Project & stakeholder management: Able to coordinate multiple workstreams (events, awards, content, campaigns, case studies), chase inputs and keep Sales, Product, Growth and Design aligned on deadlines.
  • Ownership mindset: You take responsibility for your area, flag risks early, propose practical fixes and care about the details
