About Your Team: The Sales organisation is responsible for driving Sensei’s commercial growth and market expansion across strategic regions. The team works closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Operations to bring Sensei’s technology to market in a structured and scalable way.
Regional sales leadership plays a critical role in translating global strategy into regional execution — building pipeline, closing strategic deals, developing long-term customer relationships and ensuring successful deployments.

How Can You Help?: We are looking for an experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead Sensei’s commercial growth across Iberia.

You will own regional revenue performance, lead enterprise sales execution, and develop strong relationships with strategic customers and partners. This role requires both hands-on deal leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring consistent pipeline generation, disciplined execution and long-term market expansion.

You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align regional priorities with Sensei’s global growth strategy.

Daily at Sensei, You Will:

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets and growth plans;
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity development through deal closure;
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key customers and strategic prospects;
  • Execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with company priorities;
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation through coordinated efforts across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships;
  • Lead negotiations for large, strategic commercial agreements;
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and performance reporting;
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations to ensure successful customer deployment and expansion;
  • Represent Sensei in the regional ecosystem, including industry events and strategic engagements;
  • Develop, manage and optimise regional partner ecosystems to maximise market coverage, pipeline generation and revenue performance.


You Will Bring to the Table:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or commercial leadership roles;
  • 5+ years of experience with large grocery retail groups (e.g., major national and international chains);
  • Proven track record of leading regional sales performance and delivering revenue growth;
  • Strong experience managing complex, high-value enterprise deals;
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution;
  • Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments;
  • Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities;
  • Availability to travel to different locations within the region;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Nice-to-have:
    • Experience selling technology platforms, AI-based solutions or operational systems;
    • Experience leading multi-country sales activities;
    • Experience working with partner-led or ecosystem-driven go-to-market models;
    • Additional European languages relevant to the region.


After Six Months, Success Means:

  • Clear ownership and visibility of the regional pipeline and revenue performance;
  • Active engagement with strategic prospects and customers across the region;
  • Establish regional sales plan aligned with Sensei’s growth strategy;
  • Progress & close ongoing opportunities and expansion initiatives;
  • Strong alignment with Marketing, Product and Operations to support deal execution and deployments.
