Were looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning, digital campaigns, and lead generation efforts. This high-impact role will shape our marketing strategy and work closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement. Youll own SEO, PPC, content strategy, CRM automation, and event marketing, using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive lead generation.
- Manage SEO, PPC, and digital campaigns to attract high-quality prospects.
- Own and optimise CRM automation (HubSpot) to nurture leads through email sequences, landing pages, and content campaigns.
- Oversee content creation, including blogs, case studies, LinkedIn articles, and white papers.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Track customer engagement and campaign performance, refining strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Provide regular reporting showing the returns achieved from marketing activity and investment.
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI-driven solutions, or customer experience sectors.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and automated marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and digital strategy.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience analysing campaign performance and conversion metrics.
- Excellent copywriting, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Willingness to attend industry events and networking opportunities.
