Position Overview: ServeScape Atlanta is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role involves overseeing the fulfillment of live plant material orders and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. If you have a passion for plants, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering plant joy, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving of inbound products from various horticultural growers, ensuring quality and timely receipt.
• Maintain a clean, organized holding yard with accurate inventory management in our order system.
• Care for and maintain the quality of live plant material to ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery.
• Manage the quality and inventory of overflow materials.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Maintain yard equipment and ensure adherence to operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of horticultural expertise and experience in the green industry.
• Experience in a retail garden center or nursery is required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Possess a valid Georgia driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record.
