Project Manager - Fixed Term Contract
Our team is filled with ambitious, curious and entrepreneurial people. We hire and nurture inquisitive, creative minds looking to flourish in a supportive and collaborative environment
We usually respond within two weeks
The opportunity
This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity. You'll work at the heart of the business, connecting teams to drive the initiatives that matter most. You won't just manage projects, you'll shape how we deliver, raise the bar on our ways of working, and give leadership the visibility and confidence to move fast and make good decisions.
If you're energised by pace, ownership, and genuine impact, this is a place where you'll find all three.
What you’ll be doing
Own end-to-end delivery of priority initiatives, defining scope, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders
Build and maintain project plans, tracking progress against milestones and driving risk mitigation before issues escalate
Act as the central coordination point across the business keeping teams aligned and leadership informed on status, risks, and decisions
Introduce and refine project management best practices, bringing structure to ambiguous initiatives and improving delivery cadence and accountability
Establish clear reporting rhythms including weekly updates and dashboards, with full documentation of scope, decisions, and outcomes
Develop and maintain a RAID log with clear ownership and deadlines, escalating blockers early and with proposed solutions
What we're looking for in you
A proven track record owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from scoping and planning through to execution and sign-off
Confidence coordinating across multiple teams, communicating clearly at all levels and driving alignment under pressure
A natural instinct for improving how teams work, introducing the right tools, practices, and cadences to lift delivery quality and transparency
Meticulous about risk management; you maintain RAID logs, escalate blockers early with solutions in hand, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Comfortable owning reporting cadences, from weekly updates and dashboards to data-driven insights that keep leadership informed and confident
At ease in fast-moving, under-defined environments; you bring clarity and structure without waiting for perfect information or top-down direction
