Shoppermotion is seeking to transform the physical retail store sector with its proprietary mapping technology that enables brands and retailers to better understand in-store shopper behavior in real-time. We are passionate about what we do and have fun as we do it!
The key feature of our technology is that it extracts visitors insights without any shopper interaction. All the analytics are processed anonymously and passively. We are already delivering analytics to the largest FMCG and retail companies worldwide and we aim to become the leading analytics platform in the offline retail sector.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to oversee our growth and work hand in hand with the CEO. Experience in operations in the retail industry, SaaS startups, or FMCGs is recommended, but not mandatory. You will be responsible for developing new acquisition strategies, using our brand for building a unique story and experience for our customers and deliver qualified leads into the sales pipeline. We expect you to be an efficient communicator and have excellent people skills.
The main responsibilities of this profile are:
Obtain a clear understanding of the company’s target audience, customer segmentation strategies, customer and client personas, and go-to-market strategy to reach the main segments.
Execute a clear marketing roadmap with desired and realistic marketing milestones, budget proposals, messaging strategies, as well as moonshot ideas.
You will set a clear set of KPIs for tracking the effect of marketing activities, measuring the ROI of marketing investments, and making important decisions about future strategy.
Your Marketing activities deliver at least 10% MoM growth in Sales Qualifies Leads (SQLs) at the target LTV/CAC ratio.
Oversee a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and other marketing professionals to ensure each campaign is successful.

You are a strategist. You demonstrate successful sales accomplishments for grocery retailers and manufacturers, and you understand the transformation of retail. You set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and enjoy setting and controlling metrics.
You are an evangelist. You consider yourself a storyteller, with excellent presentation capabilities and relationship skills in proficient English. You oversee a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and other marketing professionals to ensure each campaign is successful. You are ready to recruit and onboard a team of high-performing marketing and growth specialists.
You are a doer. You have excellent management skills, and a track record of 2-5 yrs experience in marketing/growth/acquisition building internal processes with proven results.
You love physical retail. You hold a proven track record of success working with products/services companies for global retailers and leading FMCG.
