The Growth Lead will provide high-quality leadership and oversight on the development and delivery of Sidebrief’s Growth strategy. The Growth Lead will be responsible for defining the company's growth plan, coordinating and executing growth programs, and, optimizing the revenue funnel.

In addition, the Growth Lead will take a look at customer growth, acquisition, and activation. Furthermore, the growth manager will be responsible for customer retention and up-selling (the process of selling existing customers additional products or services), S/he will work with the Executive Team, Partnership Team, and Operations Team.

The Growth Lead will work with the Human Resources Lead to set up the Growth Team.

The Growth Lead will contribute regularly to Sidebrief’s organizational learning and strategy development and engage regularly with the Executive Team. Key elements to the role will be the ability to work collaboratively and be ‘hands-on’.
