About the Role
We're seeking a curious and motivated individual to join our security team as an Entry-Level Security Analyst. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from IT into cybersecurity. You don’t need prior security experience—just strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with cloud and device management tools, the ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and a passion for learning and online technical research.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and maintain security settings across cloud-based productivity platforms such as O365 and Google Workspace
• Manage mobile device security for laptops, smartphones, and tablets across multiple operating systems
• Provision new laptops with secure configurations and baseline hardening
• Troubleshoot endpoint and cloud-related security issues
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to improve our security posture
• Monitor alerts and assist in incident response workflows and playbook development
• Align and automate build processes to control framework elements described in security policy documents
• Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure and its native security tools
• Familiarity with endpoint protection or monitoring platforms
• Capability and interest in scripting or automation (e.g., Lambda, Bash, Python)
