Role Overview
Sigma360 is seeking an experienced Senior SDR to serve as a player/coach for a growing sales development team. This individual will be responsible for driving pipeline generation while mentoring and managing entry-level SDRs, setting best practices, and contributing to the scaling of our outbound motion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own individual SDR quota while serving as a leader and mentor to junior SDRs.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach entry-level SDRs.
- Establish and refine outbound prospecting processes and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.
- Track performance metrics and provide ongoing feedback and development support.
- Contribute to the evolution of Sigma360’s sales development strategy.Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role.
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and meeting-booking targets.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior SDRs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or enterprise technology preferred.
