Position Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Data & Revenue Operations Intern to support our Revenue Operations team across data analytics, process mapping, and automation initiatives.
This role is designed for someone who is eager to build, analyze, and improve systems, not just report on them. You will work closely with RevOps leadership and cross-functional teams to help scale Sigma360’s go-to-market engine.

The role will include responsibilities in three core areas:

  1. Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends to uncover insights that support go-to-market decision-making. Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools, and support recurring reporting for Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams.

  2. Process Mapping & Optimization
Work with the RevOps team to document and map workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks in the revenue funnel, and support the design of improved processes that drive efficiency and conversion.

  3. Automation & Systems Support
Assist in building and optimizing workflows within HubSpot, including lead routing, lifecycle stage management, and automation triggers. Support initiatives to reduce manual work, improve data flow across systems, and enhance operational scalability.

What We Seek
The Data & Revenue Operations Intern will develop a strong understanding of how data, systems, and processes interact to drive revenue growth at Sigma360.
The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and systems-oriented, with an interest in both analytics and automation. Success in this role requires the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done.
You should be comfortable working with data, asking thoughtful questions, and collaborating across teams. A “builder mindset” and willingness to experiment with new tools and processes will set you apart.
