If you're ready to join a team that's making a real impact in the world, then we want you to be a part of Sign-Speak.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook,TikTok, LinkedIn).- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts, tailored to each platform reflecting Sign-Speak's brand- Monitor social media channels for trends and community feedback- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.- Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategy.- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and platform changes.- Collaborate with the Sign-Speak team to align social media efforts with overall marketing and organizational goals.- Assist with pilot program by interviewing Deaf users and schedulingQualifications- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, video editing software).- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Creative mindset with an eye for design and engaging storytelling- Must be proficient in American Sign LanguageLocationRequired: In person - Rochester NYHoursApproximately 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
