What We'll Bring:

• Our Data Engineering team is looking for a mid to senior level manager with experience in cloud technologies to help manage and expand our Bangalore footprint. In this role, the ideal candidate will manage the existing data resources and process while proactively making enhancements to existing processes and implementing new ones using new/existing tools and technologies.

What You'll Bring:

• Lead a team of associates and potentially associate managers to support data operations that support various Business Units in the organization.
• Strong focus on SLA driven data and product delivery to internal and external customers .SLAs to deliver high quality data in a timely and consistent manner Work with cross functional teams within the organization to resolve critical data quality issues and address business needs.
• Guide, operate and maintain a team that is self and intellectually driven, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement and development
• Operate large-scale data processes for business intelligence analytics
• Maintain and improve quality of data produced by the team by driving initiatives for innovation and improvement
• Onboard new clients to the existing data structure.
• Develop data driven exploratory analysis to solve defined problems.
• Take a proactive role in solving complex technical challenges in the Data Warehousing operations.
• Provide complete leadership of adHoc projects ensuring all are completed on time, within budget, scope and schedule.

  • Computer Science / Computer Engineering
  • Finance / Economics
  • Other Bachelor’s with computer programming training
• 2 - 5 years of experience preferrable in Redshift, PostgreSQL, SQL, data ingestion, processing and, warehousing
• AWS or other cloud certification(s) will be a plus
• In depth knowledge of systems, processes, and data operations methodologies; experience with software/hardware infrastructure projects
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; strong influencing skills and ability to interact well with clients
• Creative problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills; including demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
