About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join TransUnion as a Consumer Services Assistant on an initial 12-month fixed term contract to play a key role in supporting our Consumer Services Team to provide exceptional customer service and fraud prevention advice to consumers across the United Kingdom.
We will provide full training to all new starters and support you throughout, so experience we are looking for can be varied.
Day-to-Day you will:
Answer queries regarding credit score and affordability via email
Assist victims of fraud in the process of protecting their information
Produce hard copies of individual credit reports
Provide information about available online services
Log credit data disputes and complaints and give updates on the process
Help consumers to achieve a better understanding of the credit industry in the UK
Skills and experience you will have:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Experience of working in a call centre or other customer-driven environment desirable
Good IT knowledge
Experience of working with sensitive information
Ability to adapt to changes according to the business needs of the company
Understanding of the banking or credit referencing industry desirable, but not essential
Fluent English, written skills
Ability to work well within a team and communicate with other departments
