This essential role supports all office functions for a 3 floor, 96K square foot office location. This position is the liaison between the company and the landlord and works to address any issues within the suite and provides timely responses to landlord inquiries. Positive communication is critical for the success of this role whether connecting with others in person, via telephone or through email. This role a point of contact for security access badge, onsite integration support for IT and branding, conference room support for meetings, engagement for events onsite. As essential staff, the requirements of this role is to be onsite Monday through Friday.

What You'll Bring:
2 years experience in a similar capacity.
Some exposure to noise, dust and temperature variations.
Ability to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs.
We'd Love To See:
Greeting visitors and guests- issue and collect temporary badges, ensure sign-in and signed NDA’s as needed
Liaison between property manager and internal employees
Provide administrative assistance as able and directed
Support for teams with catering and meeting requests
Excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, in addition to outside vendors.
Impact You'll Make:
Reston is the primary office location and supporting the Washington DC office and global facilities as needed
Responsible for the handling of vendors and providing access to the suite (coffee, vending, plants, etc.)
Main office point of contact for all shipping and receiving as well as incoming and outgoing mail
Support safety efforts for fire drills and ensure AED equipment is maintained
Point of contact for security and crisis management plan
