What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
  • Experience translating complex business needs into requirements for technical team by breaking-out features into user stories.
  • Experience working with Robocall mitigation software, or experience working in a telecom environment.
  • Ability to work and remain organized in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in writing logical, detailed, and complete technical product requirements.
  • BA/BS is strongly preferred in a relevant field.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Support Trusted Call Solutions development priorities utilizing Neustar internal development processes and tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
  • Identify and deliver clear and concise process improvements and/or product requirements to help drive the strategic roadmap
  • Assist with report development and maintenance
  • Work with Neustar Support to maintain help desk tickets with current information and provide and update support documentation as required
  • Provide timely escalation of issues as necessary
  • Collect, analyze and solve customer-facing issues based on the facts presented by the customer and knowledge of the Trusted Call Solution product lines
  • Drive network and system issues to resolution within Neustar
  • Act as central subject matter expert for more complex issues and customer inquiries
  • Conduct ongoing data analyses in support of key customer and sales opportunities
  • Advance data validation and quality assurance initiatives
  • Assist with customer support issues and remedies
