What You'll Bring:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designs and develops functional and non- functional test cases for containerized deployment

• Participates and conducts Test case design reviews, defects triage with product and development teams

• Developing Test strategies for Micro service driven architecture & a

• Reproduces customer defects and debugs to identify root cause

• Attend agile ceremonies like daily stand ups, retrospective, sprint planning etc. Also provide story points to features & corresponding user stories

• Proactively highlight Risk / Issues in project to all stakeholders and identify mitigation plans

• Provide leadership to one or more scrum teams & help team members in solving their day to day problems

• Provide inputs in defining KPI to improve product quality

Impact You'll Make:

Technical Skill - Must Have

• Working knowledge of testing container- based software applications.

• Fundamental understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies: Docker, container orchestration and configuration management with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.

• Experience in testing RESTful APIs

• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux

• Understanding Continuous Integration process and test management tools such as Jenkins, Jira.

• Good skills in test data management

• Proficient in Java & strong hands on experience in OOPS concepts. Should have good knowledge on collections and Exception handling

• Should have hands-on experience automating web applications using Selenium in BDD (Cucumber) or TestNg framework

• Excellent communication skills are must for this role This role would require working in Agile team

Technical Skill - Good to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP

• Basic knowledge on Service Virtualization & Mobile Testing framework will be added advantage

• Exposure to performance testing tools like Jmeter

• Monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana

Experience and Skills

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Analytics/ Product Management or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Executive presence and assertiveness.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
• Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
• High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
• Experiences in Disaster Recovery and Major Incident Handling
