About the role:

We’re looking for a Pre sales Consultant to join our growing UK Fraud team to support and enable the sales of TransUnion's identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Becoming the Subject Matter Expert in TransUnion’s Identity Verification and Fraud prevention capabilities to support and enable the sale of these products and solutions into your assigned industry sectors.

  • Becoming the Subject Matter Expert in the themes and business challenges your sectors face, along with developing a deep understanding of emerging ID and Fraud trends.

  • Delivering against a personal commission-based sales target and defined objectives, which feed into and align with the wider Fraud & TransUnion existing revenue and new business targets.

  • Responsible for driving and enabling new business growth, by alignment to industry sectors and through close daily collaboration with UK Sales

  • Delivering external presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, and webinars on TransUnion’s Fraud capabilities.

  • Creation of written content for tender responses and proposal submissions.

  • Working with UK Sales to create compelling commercials propositions and proposals.

  • Training, coaching, and influencing of UK Sales, so that they are fully enabled to confidently sell TransUnion’s ID Verification and Fraud Prevention solutions.

  • Work closely with Group Marketing and Sector Leads to drive actions/campaigns for specific products/sectors in relation to ID & Fraud.

  • Contributing to the management of a sales pipeline that tracks all opportunities, for resource prioritisation and accurate forecasting.

  • Targeted to generate Consultancy opportunities, working closely with ID & Fraud Consultancy Team to develop consultancy propositions.

  • Generate ID & Fraud case studies, reference sites, client win themes to share with wider sales teams, business and publicly.

  • Identifying ID & Fraud product enhancements and new product ideas. Working with Product Management to establish relevance/priority within product roadmaps.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • The role brings together sales / pre-sales, identity verification and fraud prevention experience / knowledge / expertise.

  • Practitioner side experience is advantageous gained from working within a fraud department with responsibility of implementing fraud prevention strategy across the customer life cycle.

  • Knowledge/Expertise/Experience supporting/selling any of the following areas:

    • Identity Verification

    • Fraud Prevention

    • Credit Reference Agency data and solutions

    • UK & International Anti Money Laundering

    • Federated & Distribution Identity Models

    • Fraud Software – Advanced Analytics, Data Orchestration, Rules Based Solutions, Scorecards

    • Behavioral Solutions

    • Device Risk Assessment

    • Document and Bio-metric Verification
