What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for an Architect to join our growing Mergers & Acquisitions Integration team.

Our M&A Enterprise Architecture team provides the leadership and oversight for the pre-diligence, due diligence, and integration of New Business Development efforts, M&A’s, and Investments by executing various activities that are in-scope of our technical and information security programs. We are seeking a skilled IT M&A Architects/Technology Integration leads to join our team. Your role in this team will be to help make our data actionable to educate current and future process improvement.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Assist and lead activities related to the integration and transformation of recent acquisition of companies.

  • As a Global M&A IT M&A Architect, you will be working in an emerging role within our M&A group within the Enterprise Architecture organization at TransUnion.

  • You will work with architects, delivery leaders, program/project managers and financial analysts to lead Core Integrations.

  • You will communicate any monthly/quarterly Technical and business roadmaps and financial variance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • You will have a broad knowledge of a wide variety of technical disciplines – architecture, application rationalization, Back office IT applicatons and Admin tools.

  • You must be a critical thinker, excel in organizational skills, comfort with asking probing questions and comfortable working with senior level leaders.

  • You will have a high level of Integration and Architecture knowledge.
