The US Markets Accounting and Finance team partners with the US Markets business to provide financial insight into business performance while helping inform and support decision-making processes.

Activities include reporting key business performance indicators; strategic planning; annual budgeting and forecasting; variance analysis and the preparation of executive reports and presentations.

Members of the team regularly collaborate with and advise top-level executives within the business organization, gaining in-depth exposure to the operation and performance of the business. Associates have strong planning and analytical skills, GAAP knowledge, the ability to interpret and clearly explain data to non-Finance leadership and enjoy ongoing opportunities to support the business and improve business performance.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and ability to apply key accounting and finance principles.
• 3-5 years of direct experience.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

We’d love to see:

• Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, Alteryx and Tableau.
• Understanding of forecast cycles and underlying concepts
• Detailed oriented, organized, and ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Proficient in PeopleSoft Financials and/or Workday
• Collaborative and ability to work well in a team environment and individually

Impact You'll Make:

In the first 90 days :

• Understand key company reporting roll ups and assist and prepare consolidated financial packages for close and forecast and other analyses

Beyond 90 days

• Help lead the consolidation and visualization of actuals for various lines of businesses via Alteryx and Tableau.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecast and annual budget cycle through the preparation of reporting and analysis.
• Communicate financial performance to respective business owners.
• Support respective business owners by researching questions and investigating variances on financial statements.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and assists in special projects, focused to improve forecasting accuracy and provide additional business insight.
