What We'll Bring:
•Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the company's system architecture standards.•Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.
•Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
•Responsible for the acquisition of credit and client data. Works closely with clients and internal groups to support customer requests and issues through consultation, analysis, and execution.
•Onboards credit and alternative data sources
•Monitors statistical data to ensure data quality
•Researches and investigates connectivity or database problems to determine cause
•Analyzes basic database problem cause and determines efficient and cost effective resolution
•Writes specifications and communicates resolution information to programming for database corrections and system enhancements
•Reviews and analyzes programming output to ensure proper resolution of problems

•Contributes to the completion of specific programs or projects that impact teams in their department.
•Analyzes incoming situations that is unique to DAS.
•Researches and investigates complex setups, database and reporting problems to determine cause in a prompt and effective manner and communicates resolution to customer, sales team, or internal teams.
•Writes specifications and communicates resolution information to programming for setups, database and reporting corrections and system enhancements.
•Reviews and analyzes programming output to ensure proper resolution of setups, problems, or requests.
•Manages more complex customer requests and executes specific functions related to various departmental processes and procedures.
•Assists with training/mentoring of new associates.
•Analyzes incoming situations that may be unique to their department.
•Handles moderate to more advanced analysis of business issues influencing departmental outcomes.
•Provides solutions to a variety of problems of a moderate scope and complexity.
We’d love to see:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing or operations role in reporting management
Previous experience with – Salesforce and/or Metro 2® credit reporting, a high level of computer literacy, and excellent analytical skills
Experience with designing and implementing dashboards and reporting
Power BI and/or Tableau User experience
Experience working in a heavily regulated environment is a plus.

Expectations in the first 90 days – Gain an understanding of industry guidelines, our core systems and operational processes.
To achieve this, you will work directly with our data furnishers to evaluate file failure errors, update furnisher information, analyze/interpret dispute-related data to identify issues/concerns/trends, track relevant activities, and perform outreach to data furnishers.
Support our internal stakeholders with a variety of daily operations and create reports and dashboards while keeping strict adherence to internal policies and procedures and supporting documentation.
What you’ll accomplish beyond 90 days – Effectively advocate for industry standards and best practices across internal and external stakeholders, as well as build relationships and provide solutions
This will be done via handling of daily requests submitted by furnishers and internal stakeholders, along with assisting in our proactive data quality reviews, new furnisher onboarding and credit data investigations.
The ideal candidate is adept at documenting and assessing the root cause of issues and utilizing the information to ensure future issue are avoided while maintaining high standards of communication and service to all customers.
Update internal reporting to keep all stakeholders informed of industry trends and the status of various accounts and project.
