Handle the incoming and outgoing call enquiry that related to Transunion products and servicesWhat You'll Bring:
- Ensure timely handling of all customers’ queries and complaints within the established timeframe
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to assist consumer with their credit information related enquiries
- Handle consumer feedback and complaint, able to deescalate the situation with professional and proper service manner
- Strong Customer centric service attitude, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills are required
Impact You'll Make:
- Diploma or above in Business, Banking, Finance or other related disciplines is an advantage
- Excellent customer serving manner, communication and problem solving skills
- Fluency in Cantonese and ability to read and write in English is essential. A good command of Mandarin would be advantageous
- Previous experience in call centre would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Able to work in fast-paced energy, flexible and able to work under pressure.
