What We'll Bring:

• 2+ years in an administrative, business, law firm, or other professional setting with some exposure to the American credit reporting industry

What You'll Bring:

• Categorize and distribute Subpoena requests for Litigation Support handling
• Comprehend a lawsuit to extract datapoints needed to create a record of lawsuit in our Legal Tracker system
• Manage internal and external counsel emails provided for pending litigation
• Process settlement check requests and close litigation matters in our Legal Tracker system
• Maintain all legal documents and file management systems, including responsibility for saving and storing all executed agreements and correspondence
• Learn the systems that will enable job duty performance (CRS+, OnBase, Legal Tracker, PACER, Dataviewer)
• Run and reconcile Legal Tracker reports when needed
