What We'll Bring:
• 2+ years in an administrative, business, law firm, or other professional setting with some exposure to the American credit reporting industry• Ability to develop partnerships, engage in teamwork, and establish productive working relationships

What You'll Bring:
- Categorize and distribute Subpoena requests for Litigation Support handling
- Comprehend a lawsuit to extract datapoints needed to create a record of lawsuit in our Legal Tracker system
- Manage internal and external counsel emails provided for pending litigation
- Process settlement check requests and close litigation matters in our Legal Tracker system
- Maintain all legal documents and file management systems, including responsibility for saving and storing all executed agreements and correspondence
- Learn the systems that will enable job duty performance (CRS+, OnBase, Legal Tracker, PACER, Dataviewer)
- Run and reconcile Legal Tracker reports when needed
