Senior Solutions Analyst
What We'll Bring:The Senior Solutions Analyst plays a key part in the delivery and development of Decisioning and Account Management software to external clients and / or internal stakeholders. Working either as part of a project team or within the Business As Usual (BAU) and Onboarding team, the Senior Solutions Analyst is responsible for writing documentation and leading the configuration and unit testing of the solution in line with the requirements. The Senior Solutions Analyst will also support broader test activities as well as collaborate with different teams internally and externally to ensure the successful delivery of great solutions.
What You'll Bring:• Understand client business strategies and support the Solutions Consultant to design quality software solutions, with relevant real world applications and understanding of the project deliverables• Configure solutions and guide Solutions Analysts on the configuration of solutions within TU decisioning software to meet business requirements, following best practice to ensure project deliveries are completed to a high standard• Perform Unit testing of solutions, and support the Test Team throughout subsequent test phases• Create and maintain project documentation including business and functional specifications• Attend meetings with project teams and any other 3rd party providers where necessary• Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager/Solutions Delivery Manager/Team Lead on work tasks as required• Update and maintain solution documentation during and post implementation of projects• Support and advise Analysts / Consultants in solution delivery• Feed into internal product enhancements and provide feedback on functionality and usability• Provide support to clients post-delivery to ensure good working relationships are maintained• Independently diagnose and solve issues in deliveries and BAU• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues in Delivery Services and supporting teams to maintain and build relationships• Provide support to BAU team as required including change requests and query/issue resolutions• Deliver end to end tasks self-sufficiently with minimum assistance from Solutions Consultants and Solutions Delivery Manager where possible• Lead UAT calls and defect management sessions both internally and externally with the client• Create and present content to handover projects into BAU• Understand and follow the SDLC process adopted by the team
